Below is an overview of the handling of personal data in CleanManager ApS in connection with the company's role as data processor in the offering of the application CleanManager.

Personal information on

Personal information is all kinds of information that to some extent can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This is done, for example, by regular access to content, if you sign up for our newsletter, register as a user or subscriber, and by other use of services.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you yourself give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following is also processed: Name, telephone number and e-mail. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or subscribing to a newsletter.

We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, as well as to be able to provide the services you have requested, such as submitting a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Period of storage
The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Personal information in the application

CleanManager ApS is covered by the Personal Data Act and the Data Protection Act. The company acts as a data processor for those customers who subscribe to the CleanManager application.

As a data processor, we enter into a written agreement with the data controllers (you as a customer) and process the data controller's data exclusively on the instructions of the data controller. This written agreement consists of our terms and conditions as well as a data processing agreement.

Use and storage of personal data
CleanManager ApS makes the application CleanManager available, which among other things provides the opportunity for the following overall processing activities which may involve personal information:

  • Employee administration, including storage of master data, planning of work, registration of working hours, payroll, reporting, internal communication, etc.

  • Customer administration, including storage of master data, planning of tasks, invoicing calculation, reporting, communication, etc.

It is the customer's responsibility that there is a sufficient legal basis for the information entered in the application. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure who is granted access to data registered in CleanManager.

Processing of customers' personal data is based solely on the customer's instructions, and consists primarily of storage of data, including backup.
In addition to the storage of data, the processing may consist of:

  • Data handling and processing in connection with the import of customer data.

  • Access data related to support to assist customers in using the application.

CleanManager ApS guarantees that the company does not use customers' data for its own purposes and also never passes on data to third parties unless this is done on the basis of the customer's express instructions.

The handover of data in the event of a contract termination is defined in the Subscription Conditions for CleanManager.

In connection with the operation of CleanManager, sub-data processors are used, which help to ensure an adequate level of security in connection with the storage and handling of customers' data. We only work with larger and reputable companies that can guarantee correct and secure processing of data.

Sub-processors are used in the following areas:

  • Server operation and hosting

  • Sending Text messages

  • Sending E-mails

  • Backup
