Start Guide

Set up your CleanManager

The plan below shows you step by step how to implement CleanManager as the main system for all planning and coordination in your organisation. After a short time, you will be ready to reap all the benefits from using CleanManager.

Create a trial and subscription

Quickly and easily create a trial subscription for CleanManager and get access to the entire system. It is free and non-binding for 14 days, and you can continue directly on a paying subscription.

Time required: 2 minutes

Import of data

If you have registered your company data in your invoicing and salary system, then we can import this data directly into CleanManager.

Addition of employee and customer data

You can enter your employee and customer data manually in CleanManager or let us help you transfer the data automatically.

Time required: 0-3 hours

CleanManager Introductory Course

It is part of our customer service to help you with the setup of your CleanManager. All our new customers are offered an online meeting with one of our empleoyees to help you set up CleanManger to your company’s needs.

Time required: 1-4 hours

Plan and monitor cleaning tasks

In the cleaning calender, you can create all your cleaning tasks and keep track of your working schedules. CleanManager automatically calculates the basis for salary and invoicing based on your scheduled work.

Time required: 4-6 hours

You can find help videos on our YouTube channel, which explains the functions of the system. Another option for you is the user guides, which offer a great variety of answers to questions, you might have. This way you can explore the system in your own time and receive help when it suits you.
